Setup Operators with Team Spirit for a Growing Company in the Metal Industry
At Danpres A/S, we are a team of around 100 skilled and dedicated employees who develop and manufacture customized metal components for industries such as renewable energy and food production in Denmark and Germany. We have many exciting projects in the pipeline and are expecting continued growth – which is why we are looking for three new setup operators to join our teams on the day, evening, and night shifts.
A Great Start with a Mentor
We want you to get off to a great start and feel confident in your responsibilities and the machine you’ll be operating. That’s why you’ll be paired with a mentor on your first day, who will guide and support you during your first few months on the job.
Once you’re ready to take over, you’ll be responsible for planning your own workday – including production, process control, and preparing for the next production run – all in close collaboration with your team leader.

What We Expect from You:
- You are independent, systematic, and proactive – while also keeping an eye out for your teammates and lending a hand when needed.
- You contribute ideas and suggestions when you see potential for improvement.
- You have a good sense of humor and bring positive energy to the workplace.
- You treat others with respect and build strong relationships.
- You have a flair for and interest in mechanics – and if you’re a trained mechanic or toolmaker, that’s a definite plus.
