DANPRES offers both 2D and 3D laser cutting of items with the latest laser technology. At our state-of-the-art production facilities, we can solve all kinds of tasks with laser cutting.
DANPRES offers laser cutting of workpieces on our fully automatic FMS plant. The laser unit is a high-speed laser cutter from Salvagnini with an acceleration of up to 3G.
DANPRES’ laser cutting system is fully automated with a change table and automatic production of raw materials from the storage system, just as finished cut items are picked if possible by two picking robots and brought back to the storage system for further processing in the bending center or elsewhere.
Items that do not need to be further processed after laser cutting and that are not suitable for picking robot removal are driven to a separate workplace for manual removal.

DANPRES offers 3D laser cutting of items on a 3 kW fiber laser from Prima Power. The plant is equipped with a round table so that new workpieces can be loaded while the plant is cutting.
