DANPRES offers punching of items with the latest machine technology. At our state-of-the-art production facilities, we can solve complicated forms of punching in large, complex follower tools or transfer tools.
Depending on the construction of the given item and volume, you can choose between three different production methods for punching.
Automatic punching is carried out in continuous cutting tools from coils and is a fully automated and unmanned process that is best suited for high volume. Turret punching and CNC punching are carried out from plates up to 1500mm in width and 3000mm in length. The advantage of Danpres’ punching center is that the setup is fully automatic, where the machine retrieves sheets from a sheet warehouse, after which the sheet is punched and then it can be bent and packed – all in a fully automatic process, where the items are untouched by human hands. In addition, there is automatic tool change on the machine, so we keep set-up time and downtime on the machine to an absolute minimum.
