DANPRES offers metal stamping with the latest machine technology. In our state-of-the-art production facilities, we can handle complex types of stamping using large, advanced progressive or transfer tools.
Depending on the design of the given part and the volume, you can choose between three different production methods for stamping.
Automatic stamping is carried out in progressive tools from coils and is a fully automated and unmanned process, best suited for high-volume production.
Turret punching and CNC punching are performed from sheets up to 1500 mm wide and 3000 mm long.
The advantage of Danpres’ stamping center is that the setup is fully automated: the machine retrieves sheets from a sheet storage system, after which the sheet is stamped and then bent and packed – all in a fully automated process where the parts remain untouched by human hands. In addition, the machine has automatic tool changing, which keeps setup and downtime to an absolute minimum.

At DANPRES A/S, we have a smaller, fully automatic turret punch with automatic loading and a capacity of a full pallet of sheets at a time. 30 tools and programs in the four index stations ensure flexibility and quick changeover from task to task.

Coil stamping is a profitable production method for quantities of 10,000 units and above. For each specific task, a stamping tool is designed in which the components are punched with a pressure of 30–500 tons.
The components are positioned in the tool to ensure production with minimal waste. Depending on the size and complexity of the component, 500–25,000 units can be produced per hour.

In a combination where embossing, bending, and stamping are integrated into the same tool, highly complex components can be produced in large quantities at very competitive prices. DANPRES has 14 stamping lines for coil stamping.

DANPRES also has a stamping center from Salvagnini connected to its large FMS system with 250 storage locations. The stamping center is in-line with the bending center, so the stamped components are automatically transferred to the bending center. The stamping center has 49 tools.
