Controller for a Growing Company in the Metal Industry
At Danpres A/S, we are a team of about 100 skilled and dedicated employees who develop and manufacture customized metal components for, among others, the renewable energy and food industries in Denmark and Germany.
We have many exciting projects in the pipeline and are continuing to grow. That’s why we are now looking for a new colleague to join our finance team, which currently consists of three employees.
Daily Operations and Development
As a controller in our finance team, your workday will be varied – including recurring key figures you track and follow up on to ensure correct registration. You support the accounting function and communicate with the sales and production leadership on how we can improve processes and work smarter.
Most importantly, our daily operations must run smoothly. We all need to be able to step in for each other and get the job done. That’s why we need you to bring structure and help create a collaborative environment where we understand each other’s tasks and coordinate continuously to stay aligned.
You will also play a key role in supporting the entire company with sparring, support, and suggestions for improvements to help us continuously evolve and work more efficiently. This requires a flexible mindset, patience, and the ability to adapt your communication to the many different colleagues and leaders you will work with.

What We Expect from You:
- You have a relevant education and a solid professional skill set.
- You have strong analytical skills and are proficient in Excel.
- You take initiative and responsibility for moving tasks forward.
- You are patient and communicate constructively with colleagues.
- You are interested in or open to automation and can help identify smarter ways of working.
- You are comfortable communicating in both English and German.
- Experience from a manufacturing company and familiarity with Monitor ERP is a plus.
